The MF100-OSV Orbitrol Steering Valve Module is a complete, plug-and-play steering system designed to teach how hydraulic steering works on articulated machinery such as loaders, mining trucks, forestry equipment, and agricultural vehicles. Students build the entire hydraulic steering system from the ground up using real industry components, including an orbitrol steering valve, priority flow divider, cross-port relief valves, main relief valve, and optional hydro-pneumatic accumulator.

 

The advanced MF100-OSV-TS version adds FPTI’s exclusive auto-fault technology, allowing every component to “wear out” in real time for high-accuracy troubleshooting training. This gives learners safe, hands-on experience diagnosing steering faults using proper instruments, procedures, and schematic interpretation, skills that directly transfer to field equipment service.
