MF300-VCLS
Hydrostatic Transmission & Hydraulic Steering Training Simulator

The MF300-VCLS is a premium 2-in-1 hydraulic training simulator that teaches two major mobile-equipment systems in one platform: hydrostatic transmission and hydraulic steering. The rear section features a complete, functioning hydrostatic drive identical to those used in skid-steer loaders and industrial machinery. The front section houses a fully functional hydraulic steering system modeled after articulated loaders and other mobile equipment. This system allows learners to see, in real time, how overcenter pumps, flow direction changes, orbitrol steering valves, cross-port relief valves, and steering cylinders work together.
The MF300-VCLS is built specifically for education, solving safety, accessibility, and liability challenges that prevent schools from using full machines for training. With dual overcenter pumps (one functional, one cutaway), dual bi-directional flow meters, a waist-high layout, and optional electronic troubleshooting, the MF300-VCLS creates unmatched clarity in teaching how mobile hydraulic systems behave. It is ideal for technical programs, industrial training centers, and workforce development academies looking for real-world hydraulic system instruction without needing access to full-size equipment.

MF300-VCLS — Key Features & Benefits
2-in-1 Training: Hydrostatic Drive + Hydraulic Steering
The MF300 uniquely teaches two of the most important mobile-equipment hydraulic systems in a single unit:
-
hydrostatic transmission (rear module)
-
articulated hydraulic steering (front module)
Students learn both systems holistically with a direct line-of-sight to component operation.
Dual Overcenter Pumps (One Functional + One Cutaway)
The MF300’s signature teaching feature is its pair of vertically stacked overcenter pumps, mechanically linked so students can see the displacement control mechanism move in real time. One pump is fully functional, while the other is cutaway for internal visualization, a powerful combination for learning pump behavior.
Live Demonstration of Flow Reversal
Dual bi-directional flowmeters in the closed-loop system let students see how flow direction changes instantly as the displacement control crosses over-center, a concept very difficult to explain without a simulator.
Fully Functional Hydraulic Steering System
The front end includes an orbitrol steering valve, cross-port relief valves, and twin steering cylinders. As students turn the steering wheel, all components can be observed operating in real time, ideal for understanding steering dynamics in mobile machinery.
Optional Troubleshooting Package
With the MF300-VCLS-TS upgrade, instructors can introduce wear-related faults into the hydrostatic pump, pressure relief valves, orbitrol valve, and steering cylinders with the flip of a switch, enabling structured troubleshooting practice.
Built for Classroom Use
Attractive industrial design, waist-high components, safe rear drive wheels, and durable steel/aluminum construction make this unit perfect for instructor-led labs.
